how to make the requester can't see the conversations ?
Dear all,
we deployed a manageEngine ServiceDesk Plus8 to a special department, we have a requirement that, we can't allow the requester to see the "conversations"(means not allow the requester see others' reply/forward, they only need to see the close comments, that's, they only need to see the solve result, can't see the Intermediate process ), how to do this ?
