Dear All,

Is it possible to make the Notes Mandatory for the Technician (During Edit) on Service Request only when the Technician is Setting the Status Manually to onhold? Please note, we don't want to make Notes mandatory while we are sending the request for approval (submit for approval) because while sending for approval the request status will auto. set to onhold.
