I'm having a problem where Endpoint Central is not synchronizing with AD accurately. Specifically, I have several OUs, where EPC is showing multiple computer objects with the same name or computer objects that don't exist in that OU at all. If I look at the same OU in Active Directory Users and Computers, the same computer objects are not there. I have one OU in particular that only has four computer objects in it, when viewed in ADUC, but EPC shows 93 computer objects for the OU. I'd like EPC to accurately match AD so I can identify which computer objects are missing the EPC Agent.
