This feature reduces the time spent on redundant requests thus increasing the productivity of the technician.
Brief explanation of the video:
Step 1: The similar requests are selected
Step 2: "Link requests" is selected from the "Actions" drop-down menu. Suitable comments are entered and the requests are linked.
Step 3: One of the linked requests is selected. A note is added by selecting "add notes" from the "actions" drop-down. This note is added to all the linked requests.
Step 4: New work log is created to note the time taken to resolve the issue. This log is added to all the linked requests.
Step 5: The resolution is added in the "resolution" tab and is added to all the linked requests.
