How to install a new wildcard PFX certificate?

Hi Guys,

I would like to install a new wildcard certificate into MangedEngin Supportdesk Plus.

I've followed the following document: http://www.manageengine.com/products/support-center/ManageEngine_SupportCenterPlus_7.9_Help_InstallationGuide.pdf ( titel: Installing a PFX ).
But when I restart the service as given in the Document, the managedengine supportdesk tool will fail
