As organizations scale up, the help desk ticket volume also grows parallelly. IT help desk tickets for password reset, user account lockouts and user provisioning often involve switching between the help desk console and other applications. Hence they take up a significant amount of time and can drive up the labor costs.
An easy solution to this problem is to integrate the help desk and AD management consoles.
Integrating ADManager Plus with a help desk application like Jira can be useful for help desk technicians to easily and quickly perform important identity management tasks like creating, deleting, enabling, disabling or unlocking a user account; resetting passwords; etc. from within their help desk console.
