We’ve noticed in our reporting that all merged requests are displaying as individual tickets in the reports. For example, we have a report that shows how many requests were raised each week in a particular category. It counts the number of Request ID's for each category for a given week.In this report, it's showing every request we receive as an individual one, even if they've been merged. If we receive 20 hardware requests for the same issue, and we merge them all into one, it still shows 20 hardware requests raised.
Is there a way to filter out merged requests in ManageEngine Analytics Plus? It's causing issues with our reporting, as the number of created tickets appears to have jumped up significantly compared to past months. Whereas in reality the number of tickets is the same, but our previous reporting solution didn't include merged requests.
