Dear All,
We have created 4 (four) Pre-defined Tasks and associated to a Service Template. We have also configured the Dependencies on those tasks on the Workflow tab of the Service Template, that each task is dependent on the previous task to be completed (Resolved/Closed).
For Example, 2nd Task cannot be completed or Triggered until the 1st Task is Closed/Resolved.
We've observed that, all the four (4) tasks are being triggered all at once (after Service Request gets Approved) and the Owners of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Tasks are being notified and can view their respective tasks on "My Task" Widget (Home Page) even though the 1st Task is not completed (Resolved/Closed).
Is it possible to Hide the up-coming tasks (i.e., 2nd 3rd and 4th Tasks) from their owners until the previous Task (1st Task) is Completed?
