How to get a free Servicedesk MSP Plus License
Hello,
I have been trying for three weeks to obtain a free license for 5 Techs Service Desk Plus MSP, as described on the homepage. I filled out the form, wrote several emails to sales@ and support@, and tried to get more information via chat, but unfortunately without success. I would like to introduce the MSP version in our small startup, but the trial period is expiring and I am stuck. Thank you in advance for any help!!

We currently have an On-Prem instance with multiple groups. All of the tickets default to the Tier 1 group. Many times, the Tier 2 team forwards in tickets for themselves. It would be beneficial if you could assign multiple tickets from the Requests' Assign dropdown no matter what group the technician is in. SDP should be smart enough to automatically change the group based on what technician you select.
