In the meanwhile, I would need help in the following.

The problem

I want to generate a single report as below.

Should contain all the On hold tickets(From the time the ticketing system was used), tickets open and closed between 2:00 PM  to 10:00 PM on a specific day. For example, I would like a report which contains All the tickets on hold plus all the opened and closed tickets between 2:00 PM top 10:00 PM today.
