How to generate report for "real last logon" for a time period (from 1/2011-8/2011)?

Hello, there.

I am trying to generate a report for real last logon for a specific timeline. There is not an option to specify a time line.
I need to have the following attributes in the report.
1. Display Name
2. SAM account name
3. User Logon Count

Please advise.
