how to free-up the port 162
hi,
we tried to configure the opmanager setup by increasing the ping timeout. we stop the opmanager server and later we start it again but when i execute the startopmanager.bat it sez the opmanager cannot recieve traps coz port 162 was occupied. how to fre-up the port 162 or is it ok to use another port instead? if possible how? i suspect also that this is the reason why almost all of our servers doesn't show-up the data even those are snmp enabled and has a correct snmp parameters.
pls help!
