How to export / import data from older version into newer
We have just installed ServiceDesk Plus v 5.5.0 Build no. 5506 onto a windows 2000 server.
We need to transfer all the servicedesk data from our XP machine running ServiceDesk Plus v 5.5.0 Build no. 5501. We've tried doing a restore of the backup but it says something about it being incompatible.
How can we export the data from build 5501 into build 5506 ?
