How to enable E-mail to Request Feature in SDP version 7605?

How to enable E-mail to Request Feature in SDP version 7605?

I have recently updated the SDP version 7605.
 
I have integrated this with OpManager build 8051 but it is not getting automated ticket alerts in SDP, however OpManager notification profiles are properly configured.
 
please guide me the solution.
