When you click Admin � Users Under the User Configuration block there is a list of names with a choice to Edit or delete. If you click the edit tab the only thing you can edit is the password. I want to be able to edit details. The Quick Start Guide gives the impression I can edit Contact details and access details. I have full admin permissions. In the steps below it calls the button/tab/icon User Manager. The button/tab/icon I see just says User (it�s an icon under Global Settings) Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.
Text from the Quick Start Guide: Changing User Passwords You can change the password for the users. Either the admin user or an user with full control privelege only can change the passwords. 3. Go to Admin --> User Manager. 4. Click the Edit icon against the user name whose password you want changed. 1. Password Details: Password - a password for the above user Re-type Password- retype the password for confirmation 2. Contact Details: Email ID - email ID of the above user Phone number: the user's phone number Mobile number: the user's mobile number 3. Access Details: For users with only partial permission, the business views assigned to that user is displayed. Remove selection for the view if you want to remove the views from the user's purview. For users with full control, this option is not displayed.
