I was wondering if you could please tell me where i can locate the html file for the Domain screen, as i would like to change the Jsmith on the right hand side as our usernames are numbers and its confusing some of our users:

Also I was wondering where the html file is for the Password change section of the password reset through the GINA, as we'd like to add a few comments in there to advise our users.
