How to do a bulk "Scan Now" for Warranty Expiry dates

Hello,
 
We have inputted the product number for our HP units and the Expiry Date is still now showing even after the Scheduled Inventory Scan takes place, the Expiry Date info does not populate or update.  We have had to open each computer one by one and click on "Scan Now" to pull up Expiry Date info.  We have a lot more HP units and this is not a very effective way to update this info.  Please tell us there is a better way.
