HI there,
my case is really simple. i have set 3 user additional field and i have mapped them as my LDAP attribute. that part is done. the additional infos were already imported correctly from LDAP to SDP.
now i want those 3 fields to be populated automatically when a requester was creating a ticket.
i have added 3 user additional field as well as Request additional fields. the name was exactly the same as user additional fields (NIK, Nama, Area)
now i know my task is to only populate those fields in a form when a user load it
i found this article but it doesn't tell me how to get that "COLUMN NAME". my case is similar to this article
i'm really confused right now. what am i supposed to do with the script?
can you guys guide me step by step?
