I'm interesting of ServiceDesk Plus and trying it.

Please, tell me, how i can to delete some asset types from assets? (see attachement Capture.jpg)

Can i delete native assets from there or only imported by me?

and one more question: ServiceDesk Plus supports importing from .csv file assets with Russian language? (see attachement cap2.jpg)
