I would like to customize Incident, Service catalog, Quick action menu bar so could you please let me know how to do it.

Example,

Created incident catalog called "Windows Software issue " - By default it is showing after New Incident under incident catalog menu bar 

Incident catalog - software issue [category i need to create ] - windows software issue [catalog that i have created]
