How to Create an Exclusion For Email Sucked Into ServiceDesk
HELLO AGAIN
Have another question. We have forms that are sent to the helpdesk email address, and I'd like to make a rule (somehow) so that ServiceDesk won't suck that particular Outlook form up and log it? It doesn't imporet the fields properly anyway, so no point.
Is this possible?
