You can easily perform user provisioning and generate user reports on the go with the ADManager Plus mobile app.
Steps to install and configure the ADManager Plus mobile app:
1. For Android-based mobile devices, launch the Google Playstore, search for ADManager Plus and install the app.
2. For iOS based mobile devices, launch the Appstore, search for ADManager Plus and install the app.
3. Once the app is successfully downloaded, open the app.
4. You will be prompted to enter the IP address or host name of the server where ADManager Plus is installed. Also enter the port number of ADManager Plus.
5. Click Save.
Steps to create AD users via the ADManager Plus mobile app
1. Login to the ADManager Plus mobile app using the authorized credentials.
2. Under the USER MANAGEMENT section, click on the Create Users option.
3. Select the template that you wish to use to create the users.
4. Use the globe icon to select the domain of your choice. Configure the attributes listed in the General, Account, Contact, Exchange, Remote Mailboxes, Terminal, OCS/Lync/Skype tabs.
5. Click the tick icon in the top right corner of the page to create the user.
Steps to generate AD user reports using the mobile app:
1. Login to the ADManager Plus mobile app using the authorized credentials.
2. Navigate to the USER REPORTS section.
3. Click on the desired report from the following:
a. All Users
b. Locked Users
c. Disabled Users
d. Password Expired Users
e. Inactive Users
4. Select the desired domain by clicking on the domain name located below the report name.
5. Select the desired users, and click on the three lines located in the top right corner of the page to perform the desired management action from the ones built-into the report.
