[SDF-87697] How to create a report from Service Templates and Business Rules

I need to create report from Service Templates to find out that which business rules are related to which templates.
in fact, I need to find out that which templates has been set as criteria in Business rules.
I found this tables:
requesttemplate_list
WFRule
but can not join that together for a single report.
