How to convert chat to Service Request (not Incident) ?
Hi ALL
Our Users using Chat very intensively as mode of request creation.
Currently Technician can convert chat only to Incident but we need convert chats to Service Request in 80% times.
Dear ME Team could you implement this feature in SDP Cloud.
