How to configure ManageEngine Mib browser to recevice SNMP3 traps?

How to configure ManageEngine Mib browser to recevice SNMP3 traps?

I installed ManageEngine Mib browser. I am trying to use this as SNMPV3 trap receiver. I went to the setting->select V3 radio button and entered context name and ID successfully. But when i try to add "user" i am getting error message as" discovery failed for User ****".  Can you help to resolve this? Any idea Why i am getting this error?
