How to configure mail setting on Service Desk Plus with Office365
Hi all,
I would like to configure mail setting on Service Desk Plus with Office365.
It doesn't work for me by following below instruction:
POP Setting:
Server name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 995
Encryption method: TLS
SMTP Setting:
Server name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: STARTTLS
