Business Rules enable you to organize the incoming requests and perform actions such as delivering them to groups, assigning status and other request parameters. Business Rule can be applied to a request when it is created (or received), edited or both.

Steps explained in the video :
1: Select service catalogue > manage > Busines Rules.
2: Select 'Add new business rules' from the top right corner. 
3: Enter the details, define the rule, and select the actions to be performed. 
4: Save the business rule.
