I've got some problems. I have a lot of requests, that are assigned to many technicians. Some of technicians have a lot of really old requests (from 2013, 2014 years) with open status. They just solve the problem and leave request open. Now I Want to clean that mess. Is there any script or procedure to close requests that were created earlier than, for example, 01/01/2015? Because now I have to add info in mandatory fields to any request which a want to close.
