How to Close/Re-open the Request through Email containing two (2) Buttons (i.e., Close/Re-Open)?
Dear All,
We would like to send an Email (notification) to the Requester with two HTML Buttons "Close" and "Re-open" once the request is set to Resolved. If the Requester clicked on "Close", the status of the request will be set to "Closed", If Clicked on "Re-open", it will re-open the request.
