I have more than 100 devices in the opmanager 9, each time an alarm is generated, we get an email and one of us troubleshoot the issue and correct the situation.
My question is how to configure and allow opmanager 9, after we correcte the situation, to double check that issue and clear that alarm.
So, many serveurs restart ( after deploying windows patches, or for maintenance tasks), their alarms are never clear, we have to do it manually. Why the opmanager doesn't clear the alarm after a succes ping ?
