Unit in program is shown in bits, how can I change to kilobits (kb) or Megabits (Mb)?

It makes a lot easier to read values.

And where is the option if I want to see values every 5 minutes for last month in Bandwith Monitor.

I can see every 5 minutes if I choose "Last Hour Report", in "Last Month Report" is available only every 1 hour period.
