How to automatically forward received email (Ticket) with attachment once ticket is Closed

I saw previous question about the same but it was not resolved and the links provided by someone are no longer available.

May I request assistance on how to forward an email (Ticket) to another email address once the ticket was assigned to a group or changed to closed status.
