How to auto. populate selected asset details on the request additional fields?

Dear All,

We've created a Service Template namely "Request for Smart Phone" which will populate only specific asset type (i.e., Smart Phone) if the Status of the asset is "In-Store" using the attached FAFR Script. If the specific smart phone is selected from the list, it will also set the CIID's accordingly on the field (i.e., Asset CIIDs) as shown in the below screenshot.

We would like to restrict the Requester to select only one asset and also populate its below related details such as:

a) Manufacturer

b) Manufacturer Serial Number

c) Asset Tag

d) Barcode

e) Org Serial Number

f) Asset Description

The above mentioned asset details to be auto. populated on the request additional fields once the specific asset is selected from the "Available Asset" field.

Please note, this service template once created/submitted, create association (i.e., relationship) through the attached custom function script.
