How to add list of customers in SD Plus
Hi Geeks,
I'm using the online demo version of the SD Plus 6.
Please could you let me know, how to add new list of customers in SDPlus.
[ Background - The Service provider has one centralized desk, which attends calls for hardware assets from different customers.
Here I would want to maintain a list of customers, who are availing the service from this Service provider ]
I see that there is Organization details, but this is for the orgn, which owns the service desk.
