How to add another status on reply on ticket?

How to add another status on reply on ticket?

Hello


We are currently using the Manage Engine (portal) and we want to know how we can add another status when replying on a certain ticket.

Now it is only ON HOLD and OPEN. I wanted to add also the CLOSED status...

is this possible to add this status as well?
