How to add a license file to the AD SelfService if I can not get to the portal

How to add a license file to the AD SelfService if I can not get to the portal

I am a new network administrator and we have an AD Self Service redirected from Spiceworks portal set up by my predecessor. Our license has expired and we have a new license file but I can not find where to add the license file to allow for more than 50 users to use the portal.

Does anyone have any words of wisdom on how to find the portal site so that I can add the new license?
