When you need to remotely support someone who's working from home and are connected to their PC using RDSH, how can you connect to their session?

If, say, someone is on PC001 via RDP when I click remote control, it just shows me the login screen. When I use the quick actions search in on the Tools page to search for the user, when it opens the remote control, it just shows the sign in screen again. 

On most other remote control solutions, there's a button to switch the active session but as far as I can tell this isn't available on EPC?
