How to access all the requests in service desk plus using REST API??
I want to access the list of requests in the service desk programmatically via REST APIs. I am aware that from the service desk plus UI, I can access all the requests. With regard to REST API, I am able to access only 1 particular request w
ith the help of the request id. But, i don't want a single request,I want to access the whole set of requests. Does anyone know how to do this??
