How to? (Add an attachment after request opened)
Once a request has been opened, it does not appear to be able to accept additional attachments. Assuming a user (or the Helpdesk, who may have created the ticket) uploaded some attachments, it's reasonable to assume that as the issue is being worked on, additional attachments and/or updates to the current attachments may be requested.
At present, there is no way to upload additional attachments beyond the original opening.
