How often does AD Manager update M365 sync status for new users?

How often does AD Manager update M365 sync status for new users?
We create a new user from a template which creates AD and AAD user with Dirsync, this part works OK.
After the user is created, I then want to apply a modification template which involves adding M365 groups, but in AD Manager Plus for that user the M365 Tab gives this notice:

When will AD Manager update itself and know that DIRSYNC has happened and this user is in sync?
