How long should a 7022 to 7500 update take?

How long should a 7022 to 7500 update take?

We have tried this update several times over the past few months without any sucess at all.

The AdventNet Update Manager has been sitting with the picture of the package, the flying bit of paper, and the PC now for about 1 hour. We assume something has gone wrong (yet again)?  How long should it take to update?

We previously logged this issue with Support who requested that they do the upgrade for us which would mean our system being down while they did it.  Not really something I want to do.

I am seriously questioning the value that this software brings to my business and reluctantly renewed my subscription in May this year - I wouldn't mind so much if this was a $99 application, but to charge $5000 or so for something that seems fundamentally flawed is nothing short of a disgrace.  The standard response regarding ANY support request is "Try upgrading to buld XXXX".

Come on AdventNet, resolve these issues, and you could have a genuinly good, cost effective, product generating significant revenue.
