How I can manage when a day in the week the Help Desk finish the shift 3 hours early?

How I can manage when a day in the week the Help Desk finish the shift 3 hours early?


Due new changes in organization, now on Fridays employees left the company 3 hours early than the rest of the week. How I can manage this into Service Desk, in oder to not affect SLA?
