How i can configure syslog and event logs in opmanager and in clients?

I'm a system admin in an IT software company. Now we using nagios monitoring tool, but it is not enough for our requirement, we need to get syslogs and event logs through a centralized monitoring tool.
I downloaded and installed OpManager in a linux box for this purpose and added some systems for monitoring, but it shows only its health like CPU, Memory, HDD, etc.
My question is how to do syslogs and event logs through OpManager?
