Hello--

 

I've been adding new devices to OpManager build 11300, and when I added 4 SQL servers, OM identified two of the devices as SQL servers and automatically added the SQL oriented monitors ((MSSQL Named Instances, MSSQL Dashboard view, Database, and MSSQL Monitors)...

 

...BUT, it did not identifiy two other SQL servers as SQL and so they don't have the above monitors, etc.

 

Why didn't OpManager identify two SQL servers as being SQL even though they all have the same credentials, the same OS, and the same SNMP and WMI service configurations?

 

How can I manually add the SQL monitors to the two servers where they weren't added automatically?
