How does Manage Engine compares to HCL BigFix when it comes to custom tasks/fixes?

Hello,

I am exploring the customization capabilities within ManageEngine and would like more information on this aspect. I am already familiar with its ease of use, user-friendly interface, and strong performance in areas like patch management, OS deployment, and remote control. However, my primary concern is the extent to which custom scripts or fixes can be developed and deployed to address vulnerabilities or specific system issues.

For instance, if I encounter a vulnerability that lacks an official patch or is too specific to my environment, and I know how to resolve it manually, is there a way to deploy a custom script to only the affected machines? In other tools, such as BigFix, I can create a Relevance statement that identifies computers requiring the patch, allowing me to target only relevant systems. Can ManageEngine offer similar functionality? If so, is this capability included in the core features, or would it require a specific license?

Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your response.

Best regards,
Adeilson.
