However, it says it was superseded by MS20-NOV3. It doesn't list another patch id or bulletin id. How do you find out which patch took it's place so we can check that?

Also, if we wanted to manually download this patch from the Windows Update Catalog, can we manually upload this into Desktop Central and deploy it that way?
