We were about 3 service packs behind and finally pulled the plug on the updates and immediately regret it. Everything went from clean and easy to read to GIANT and FAT and pure white with a "fancy" blue menu at the top.

 

The solutions centre is also a frustration. The clickable area is no longer underlined and is the same font/style/size as the non clickable areas. When you mouse over a solution, the font size on the title actually shrinks, yet the main body text remains the same (does this for IE and Chrome, that's all I've tested)!

 

The custom views drop down box is also now half the horizontal size it used to be and is now so short it doesn't even have room to display some of the built in "required" views! Not only this, but because of the super fat new font system, we have to scroll for quite some time just to select our own custom views. Very annoying.

 

This is far less easy to read and not a single technician on our team enjoys the update. Is there a way to get the old layout back?
