How do we know when we are eligible to upgrade Endpoint Central 10.1 to 11?
We are currently on 10.1.2228.19, how do we know when we are eligible to upgrade to 11? Also since this is upgrading to a new version (10 to 11) is it going to take longer than a standard hotfix update or about the same? We just need to know how long to expect it to be down while we are upgrading.
We have 7 technicians and just over 230 devices.
