How do I make the "Local Authentication" option default on login screen

How do I make the "Local Authentication" option default on login screen

Hello all,

We would like have the Local Authentication option selected as the default when logging into Desktop Central.  Right now it defaults to the AD domain. Any help will be appreciated. See the screenshot provided.
