How do I delete a software asset tied to a purchase?
We are trying to clear out all of our assets from ServiceDesk and successfully cleared out all but five software assets. When I try to delete them I receive an error saying they are referred to by another workstation, but there are no workstations listed in assets. It turns out that these software assets are tied to purchase orders in the ServiceDesk inventory.
How can I delete these software assets without deleting the purchases that they are tied to?
